Ground Zero Mosque: Intolerance And Ignorance

Originally I had intended to stay out of this wedge issue manufactured by the Republicans but the bigoted uneducated right wing intolerance has pissed me off to such a degree that I feel compelled to comment.

Here is some background because I believe it is relevant...

I was living in New York on 8th street just 2 miles from ground zero when 9/11 occured. I watched the towers fall. I saw the people who worked downtown amble home like the walking dead after the attacks. I smelled the death hanging in the air for months after the towers crashed and burned taking almost 3000 of my fellow New Yorkers with them.

These experiences lead me to form three opinions about this "controversy"...

1) If you are not from the state of New York, quite simply, shut the fuck up! You have no right to voice your opinion. You are not qualified to comment.
2) If you're a New Yorker and you can't handle a mosque in the same neighborhood as ground zero may I suggest you grow a pair. If this mosque is just too much for you to bear you don't deserve to live here! This is New York and we don't care for spineless, weak willed, brain dead bigots.

3) If you are from New York and cannot stomach a mosque and your reasoning is that this is the Muslims way of poking us in the eye to spite us you are obviously at the very least misguided and at the worst a racist. If you truly believe that this Muslim cultural center is an insidious plan devised by the Muslim community then all I can say to you is... deal with it. There are churches and synagogues in Iraq and Afghanistan for our troops to worship at, and we bombed the hell out of those countries.

This is America and we should be made of stronger stuff than this. Our country was founded on, among other things, our first amendment rights to freedom of religion. You need to come to peace with that concept and stop acting like a bunch of reactionary whiny little bitches!

Surely you must understand that our intolerance over the mosque is viewed as a victory by the terrorists. They can now sit back and point at America and say "See, I told you they hate us and therefore our hate for them is now justified.

I'll leave you with this...

Thomas Jefferson said in 1807 "among the inestimable of our blessings, also, is that ...of liberty to worship our Creator in the way we think most agreeable to His will; ...

Oh Noes! Obama's Infected With The Muslim!

Evangelical leader Rev. Franklin Graham has blown the lid off Obama's dreaded disease. You see Obama's Dad had the Muslim "seed" in him and through birth passed it to Barack. He was doomed from birth.

Here is what Rev. Graham told CNN's John King in a televised interview that aired Thursday night...

"He was born a Muslim. His father was a Muslim; the seed of Islam is passed through the father...

It sure sounds painful. Kinda' like passing a kidney stone!

Graham went on to say...

"He was born a Muslim; his father gave him an Islamic name,”

Yeah... Wasn't he nicknamed Barry?

If you were wondering what Graham's views on Islam are, this was his official stance recorded when he he referred to Islam as "a very evil and wicked religion." Graham went on in 2003 to say "True Islam cannot be practiced in this country," and that "You can't beat your wife. You cannot murder your children if you think they've committed adultery or something like that, which they do practice in these other countries.

One In Four Americans Are Morons

1 in 4 people in America are too stupid to be involved in any area of our society of any social or political importance. Why do I say this? How did I arrive at this conclusion?

It's simple.

After reading a Time magazine's poll in which they asked Americans, in a multiple choice question, what religion President Obama was. 24% of the participants believed the President was... Muslim!

To you 24% who believe President Obama is a Muslim I say to you, you are an embarrassment to the rest of us Americans.

I also have no doubt that the majority of this 24% were also the most outraged at then candidate Obama over the Reverend Wright controversy. You remember that don't you? That's when Barack Obama's "CHRISTIAN" preacher of the "CHRISTIAN "church that Obama attended was deemed to be anti American due to his fiery his sermons and unorthodox beliefs.

I repeat that you 24% of Americas who believe President Obama is a Muslim are an embarrassment and should never take part in any important area of our society. May I suggest instead that you undertake a hobby such as playing in heavy traffic and help society cull the heard! The gene pool will thank you.

I Am So Scared! First there were anchor babies, but now this...

Texas Republican state legislator Rep. Debbie Riddle has shed light an insidious plan that threatens The United Srates known as "terror babies"! Riddle claimed on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 show that, as we speak, terrorist organizations are sending pregnant women to the United States to have their children, who would be US citizens but trained and raised abroad to be terrorists and could enter and leave the US without raising suspicion.

Riddle based her claims on her conversations with "former FBI officials".

When asked "What former FBI officials?" and "What evidence is there of some sort of long-term plot to have American babies born here and then become terrorists? Riddle's response was "Well, at this point, I don't have the hard evidence right here in front of me," Riddle responded. She would not reveal her ex-FBI sources or the basis for their claims, and then tried to change the subject to porous borders and the threat of dirty bombs.

Here is the terrifying terroristic video excerpt that will fill you with terrifically terrifying terror...

These insidious infants will indeed be crawling weapons of diapered destruction carrying destructive dirty bombs in their terror filled nappies!
