President Obama Destroys Trump And The GOP Over Their Obsession With The Phrase "Radical Islam" (VIDEO)

For seven and a half years now the right wing Republicans, the extreme conservatives and the extreme religious right have been attacking President Obama for not saying the words "radical Islamic terrorism".

It has been as unrelenting as it is idiotic.

These groups claim that the President could not possibly defeat "radical Islamic terrorists" if he cannot say the words. They exclaim how can he defeat an enemy that he won't even admit exists.

Yesterday the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump, upped the stakes exponentially. Not only did he attack the President for not saying the words "radical Islamic terrorists", not only did he say that President Obama couldn't defeat "radical Islamic terrorists" but he implied that President Obama may very well be a "radical Islamic terrorist".

Yesterday on "Fox & Friends" Trump uttered these words...

"President Obama is acting the way he acts and can’t even mention the words ‘radical Islamic terrorism.’ There’s something going on. It’s inconceivable. There’s something going on.

The usual suspects (LimbaughGiulianiDoocy, and Hannity, ect.) took trump's lead and spent the rest of the day beating this dead horse of a meme.

This, it seems, pushed the President to the point that he felt it was time to address the unhinged rantings of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, right wing Republicans, extreme conservatives and the extreme religious right once and for all.

Today, speaking from the Treasury Department, President Barack Obama forcefully rebuked his detractors challenging them to identify a single tangible benefit of adjusting his choice of words when describe an attack...

What exactly would using this label accomplish? What exactly would it change? Would it make ISIL less committed to try to kill Americans? Would it bring in more allies? Is there a military strategy that is served by this? The answer is none of the above. Calling a threat by a different name does not make it go away.” Obama went on to say: "Not once has an adviser of mine said, ‘Man, if we really use that phrase, we’re gonna turn this whole thing around.’ Not once.

Please watch the President excoriate his opponents in this clip...

Though this is not the first time President Obama has addressed this subject nor is it the first time he has used these exact words when addressing it, hopefully it will be the last time.

You can watch the President's entire address to the media HERE.
