Donald Trump Says Something Stupid #25: Trump Asks Russia To Hack Hillary Clinton's Emails (VIDEO)

In the past week we found out that the Democratic National Committee’s computer servers were  compromised by a year long hack and their information obtained was then given to Wikileaks who in turn gave it to the American media. Since then security experts have found evidence that Russia was involved in the hack in which American intelligence agencies have told the White House they have “high confidence” was the work of the Russian government.

The misfortune of the Democrats was nothing but music to the ears of the Republican nominee Donald Trump. This was evidenced by his comments at a press conference yesterday in Doral, Florida in which he called for state-sponsored Russian hackers to conduct cyber espionage on the United States for his electoral benefit.

In referring to the supposed 30,000 emails deleted from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server Trump issued this challenge...

But it would be interesting to see, I will tell you this, Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press. Let's see if that happens, that'll be next

Watch Trump make the request for espionage here...

If you were wondering if you read that statement wrong you did not.

Mr. Trump did indeed just ask Putin to sic his espionage services on Hillary Clinton to help sabotage the American election for his own political gain.

Now if for some reason you thought Trump meant this as a joke or perhaps later realized he had committed a misguided gaffe... he didn't as he later reiterated the sentiment on Twitter…

How bad was Trump's request? It was so bad that his running mate Gov. Mike Pence was so embarrassed that he went over the Donald's head and released a statement of his own in which threatened Russia if they carried out Trump's request...

"If it is Russia and they are interfering in our elections, I can assure you both parties and the United States government will ensure there are serious consequences"

It is widely recognized that Trump's recent behavior was so over the top that it has members of both parties as well as the conservative media bandying about the word "treason" to sum up his actions!

Other consequences of the statements are that it adds fuel to the fire that both Putin and his government have been seeking to influence the United States’ presidential race. Rumors that were only compounded when at the same presser Mr. Trump also appeared to leave the door open to accepting Russia’s annexation of Crimea. When asked whether he would recognize Crimea “as Russian territory” and lift the sanctions, Mr. Trump said...

We’ll be looking at that. Yeah, we’ll be looking.

I end with a simple question: Is there any doubt that if Hillary Clinton even whispered any of this he would call had a traitor and shout "Lock Her Up!" to the delight of his braindead followers?!?!
