Rudy Giuliani Loses His Mind! Confuses Trump With Reagan, Mixes Up Labor Day and Memorial Day And Thinks Hillary Started Birtherism!

Back in 2000 Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani decided to run for the New York state Senate. His opponent that year happened to be one Mrs. Hillary Clinton. It was a heated battle between the two until something happened. Rudy dropped out of the race and you'll never guess why.

Illness! Yes, Giuliani had to leave the race due to illness!

Ever since Hillary went on to become the successful two term Senator from New York ol' Rudy has had a hate-on for Hillary as big as the... Well The Big Apple!

So the irony of Giuliani's going on any and all News programs to discuss an unknown illness he believes Clinton is hiding from the American people is not lost on us New Yorkers.

So last night when Rudy went on Hardball with Chris Mathews to discuss his unfounded accusations of an undisclosed Clinton illness might have carried more weight if he hadn't proceeded to have a complete meltdown during the interview!

It began as he told Hardball host Chris Matthews that “I don’t know what’s wrong with” Secretary Clinton while self-diagnosing the unnamed and unseen symptoms he says he has seen on the Google machine.

As Mathew's pressed the former Mayor on the idiocy of his accusations Giuliani himself suffered a couple of mental lapses that might be considered concerning to some viewers.

The first example of Giuliani's "illness" revealed itself when he referenced the FBI report that was released on Labor Day as being released on Memorial Day and then referred to the agency that Hillary Clinton worked for as the C.I.A...

"And then I see in the FBI 302 which was put out on Memorial Day weekend, in print about this big where you needed to use a magnifying glass to read it, but I read it twice, I saw something that really concerned me. It said she can’t remember her exit interview from the CIA because she had no memory for a period of time after she had a concussion."

Should we start to worry for Rudy?

Later in the interview as Giuliani was praising Trump’s plan for military spending when he refer to him as Ronald Reagan...

Giuliani...

"So Ronald Reagan is going to go into negotiations with Putin from a position of strength. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama gave up the game on day one when they reset the relationship with Russia"

Mathews...

"Well, look, that’s a decent argument. You didn’t mean Ronald Reagan. You meant Donald — you said Ronald Reagan there a minute ago. You really meant Donald Trump."

Perhaps we should Google Rudy Giuliani + Illness?

Then to cap off the whole mishegas Giuliani, much to Chris Mathews' disbelief, proceeded to claim that it was Hillary Clinton that started the Birther movement in 2008!

After getting Giuliani to falsely say that Donald Trump had renounced his “birther” accusations they proceeded to have this back and forth as Mathews was trying to get him to admit Trump never recanted his position...

Giuliani...

"But the point is that Hillary Clinton’s campaign is the first one to do it because all she does is engage in negative campaigning against Barack Obama and against Donald Trump, her only ..."

Mathews...

"First of all, she has never said that. And your candidate has on numerous occasions. And I’m asking you the final word, we will end this back and forth. Can you say authoritatively on behalf of Donald Trump that he was wrong in saying the president was born in another country? Can you say that now?"

Giuliani...

"I believe he picked up on what Hillary Clinton's campaign said. He pushed Obama, Obama finally produced the birth certificate. And it showed he was born in Hawaii."

Seconds later, fed up with Giuliani, Mathews put an end to the stupidity...

Mathews...

"Let me just tell you, there’s no record at all, Mr. Mayor, on the record right now, we checked this before you came on because one of producers, our senior producers thought you might say this, there is absolutely no record ever of Hillary Clinton or anyone in her campaign ever saying that President Obama is not legitimate."

Giuliani...

"Her campaign raised it …"

Mathews...

"No."

Giuliani...

"Originally."

Mathews...

"You’re wrong."

Giuliani...

"I’m not wrong. I’m right about that."

Mathews...

"Look, anybody can say anything they want. But she can control her own campaign. And she has never said so, nor has anyone speaking for her."

FACT CHECK: If you want the definitive truth on when and how "Birtherism" started check politicfact's article on it. Hint... Hillary Clinton didn't start it.

If you put these mental lapses together with the fact that last month, while stumping for Trump, Giuliani completely forgot about the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the New York, the city he was the mayor of at the time, things begin to look dicey for Rudy.
