IT BEGINS: Trump Has Already Removed Obama Webpages Concerning Climate Change, Civil Rights, Disabilities, Gay Rights, And Health Care From The White House Website

Less than an hour after President Trump took the oath of office several of President Obama's White House webpages disappeared from the Executive Branch's main site.

The pages that have disappeared on the White House website include those concerning climate change, civil rights, disabilities, gay rights, and health care.

Moments after Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States, the White House website was overhauled to purge any trace of President Barack Obama's policies on these subjects.

Here are the changes that caught people's attention...

1. Got rid of key environmental rules...

The page on climate change was replaced with a page entitled “An America First Energy Plan” that ignores climate change entirely and says,

President Trump is committed to eliminating harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule.

2. LGBTIQ issues removed...

The Obama White House legacy website included a section on Obama's effort to preserve gay and lesbian rights saying...

"President Obama has led the fight to protect everyone — no matter who you are, where you're from, what you look like, or whom you love,"

That and any reference to gay issues have been removed.

3. Civil rights are no longer on the site...

The Obama White House listed "civil rights" as the first among "top issues" on its website. The new Trump White House website does not mention civil rights at all but does list as a top issue...
"Standing up for our law enforcement community." and that "The dangerous anti-police atmosphere in America is wrong ... Our job is not to make life more comfortable for the rioter, the looter, or the violent disrupter."

4. Health Care/Obamacare has disappeared...

Any mention of "health care", "Obamacare" or "The Affordable Care Act" has simply vanished.

5. Trump now promises a military build-up...

The new White House website commits to "making our military strong again," including getting rid of the "the sequester" and investing in ballistic missile defense. In addition Trump's website promises to
"develop a state-of-the-art missile defense system to protect against missile-based attacks from states like Iran and North Korea."

6. The site is no longer accessible for the disabled...

A little button at the bottom of the Obama White House website provided information for people with disabilities — including a White House video tour in sign language and an explanation of links on the site that allowed users to use audible screen readers, closed captioning and other services.
That button is no longer present on the Trump White House site despite the fact that federal law requires government websites to be accessible to people with disabilities.

So far it is just html code that has been removed.
