At a campaign rally on Monday, one night before the Alabama special election, Roy Moore's wife attempted to refute allegations that her hubby harbored anti-Semitic beliefs.
It happened when Kayla Moore was introducing her husband in Midland City, Alabama, and decided to address last week's criticism of Roy Moore after he excoriated the Jewish Hungarian-born billionaire and philanthropist George Soros for his Jewish faith... Twice.
The incident happened on conservative Christian radio host Bryan Fischer’s show when Moore said of Soros...
"His agenda is sexual in nature, his agenda is liberal, and not what Americans need. It’s not our American culture. Soros comes from another world that I don’t identify with. I wish I could face him directly, and I’d tell him the same thing.
No matter how much money he’s got, he’s still going to the same place that people who don’t recognize God and morality and accept His salvation are going. And that’s not a good place,”
Attempting to curtail the backlash Kayla Moore those in attendance at the rally that both she and her elderly husband couldn't possibly be bigoted towards those of the Jewish faith because...
“Fake news would tell you that we don’t care for Jews. I tell you all this because I’ve seen it also; I just want to set the record straight while they’re here. One of our attorneys is a Jew."
