Conservatives Mock Obama For Showing Emotion Over Child Victims Of Gun Violence

President Obama moved to tears discussing the 20 first-graders killed in mass shooting
Yesterday President Obama gave a speech from the White House in which he outlined several common sense measures to control this countries epidemic of gun violence. Of course the right wing media, who have been tearing the President apart for days before the policies were even announced, took only a matter of minuets after the address to get in their hateful digs.

Instead of taking the proposed actions the president made into account like --- increased funding for enforcement, including funding for 200 new ATF agents and investigators, and $4 million to track illegal online firearms trafficking --- the conservative media instead chose to mock the President's show of emotion when he broached the subject of child victims of the Sandy Hook elementary school gun massacre.

You can watch the segment of President Obama's speech where he sheds tears for the children lost in Newtown Connecticut...

Glenn Beck
This is Beck actually weeping on air!

Glenn Beck kicked off his radio broadcast this morning by voicing his deep suspicions about President Obama growing emotional while discussing victims of gun violence yesterday, raising the possibility that Obama wiped Vicks under his eye in order to make himself cry.

"He's never welled up before. But suddenly, at this crucial moment, where this moment can actually change the course, he cries ... I don’t know if anybody else saw this, I was fascinated by the the fact that he reached up to touch his eye before there was any tears. Did anybody notice that? ...  All you have to do is just have a little bit of Vicks or a little bit of onion or anything on your finger, and then you reach up and you touch your eye. That then is underneath your eyelid and the vapor goes up and you can't stop crying."

Andrea Tantaros

Andrea "The Tarantula" Tantaros said following Obama’s announcement that he had perhaps used a “raw onion” to produce fake tears for shooting victims during his press conference on gun violence...

…he would have spoken out a long time ago. This is how many years? Almost eight years, he’s almost at the end of his term,” she continued. “And you haven’t heard him go to Chicago and really speak out about this issue. So, I would check that podium for like a raw onion or some No More Tears,” Tantaros quipped. “It’s not really believable. And the award goes to… we are in awards season.

Rush Limbaugh actually gave Tantaros the nickname "The Tatantula. That should give you smome idea of what a horrible human being she is.

Eric Bolling

Man-tanner and facelifting professional Eric Bolling thoughtfully posed the question wether the President thought "ISIS Sees [His Tears] As Emotional Strength Or Weakness?"

"Now listen, we all get emotional when you hear children being killed. But where was that emotion for the victims of San Bernardino terror attack, and where's the emotion calling Islamic terror what it is, Islamic and terrorism? Those tears, Mr. Obama, [do you] think ISIS sees them as emotional strength or weakness? I'm just asking. Juan, do you disagree with me?"

The Drudge Report

Matt Drudge's The Drudge Report chose to mock President Obama and ran this "Tears For Fears" banner...
